1. Pit Bulls
Pit bulls were bred as fighting dogs. They are particularly dangerous because their instinct is to lock onto their prey and bite down until the victim is dead or incapacitated. Pit bulls are responsible for approximately two thirds of dog bite fatalities in the United States, which has led to many states banning people from owning pit bulls.
2. Rottweilers
Rottweilers are big, powerful dogs. They are often used as guard dogs as they are highly territorial. Although Rottweilers are usually very obedient, they have been known to attack people. They are responsible for about 12% of deaths resulting from dog bites.
3. German Shepherds

Are All Dogs Dangerous?
Belonging to one of the breeds listed above doesn’t mean that a dog is necessarily going to be aggressive. Almost all dogs can be controlled through proper training and a structured environment.
